Institution and Induction of the Revd Canon Howard Gilbert
as Rector of the parishes of Minchinhampton with Box and of Amberley
Holy Trinity was packed for the institution and induction of the Revd Canon Howard Gilbert on Saturday at 3pm. Rev Howard ad his wife, Susannah, with their daughters Daisy and Lucy were welcomed by everyone in the parishes and the wider area.
Bishop Rachel conducted the service. The family have come from Minchinhampton from Cirencester where Reverend Howard has been Associate Vicar for nine years.
The music was glorious and the choir and congregation were in great voice. Refreshments were served after the service and it was a very happy and positive start to this ministry.
