TAKE AWAY MEALS
These meals are made by chefs using fresh local product from local farmers’ markets and supermarket surplus at ‘The Long Table,’ kitchen in Brimscombe. They are healthy, delicious and a great alternative to the supermarket takeaway and save you the car journey there too. They are frozen and a full meal for one person.
The meals are available on a ‘pay what you can’ basis. Each meal costs £3.80 to produce but this is on a ‘pay what you can’ basis and payment is completely ANONYMOUS. These meals are available to everyone in our community and we hope that as many people as possible support the freezer so that we can continue to provide the meals for as long as we can.
Why not buy one for a neighbour in need or for a Friday night takeaway?
Keith opens his doors for collection of meals every Wednesday at the Hub in Tobacconist Road, between 9.30 and 10.30 am, however due to lockdown we are now offering a ‘Keith on wheels’ option for those that can’t make it to Keith but need some meals.
This week, Keith has in stock Chicken curry, sausage casserole, easy cheesy pasta, Vegetable curry, butterbean cobbler, sausage and mash and pork hotpot. Meals change weekly and Keith is also open to requests.

Payment: we are aiming for cash-free payments if at all possible please. We will bring a QR code with us when we deliver or payment can be made via the Donate option at https://www.thelongtableonline.com/donations. This also keeps payment anonymous. Pay what you can, if you can.
Dietary requirements: none of the meals are suitable for coeliacs as they are made in an environment that handles wheat. However, some are wheat free and suitable for wheat intolerance. People ordering meals must confirm any requirements with The Long Table directly before ordering.
