February newsletter for Minchinhampton Life

14th February, 2019.

Dear all,

We haven’t sent out a newsletter from Minchinhampton Life for quite a long time but now plan to do this monthly.  The mailing list may well be wrong as the website has been revamped – do unsubscribe if you are not happy to be included.

Do please go to the site to have a look at www.minchinhampton.life.co.uk  Galina Gardiner has kindly allowed us to use her beautiful artwork and we have been busy adding as much information as we can find locally – clubs, groups, businesses and organisations.  We aim to keep the calendar up-to-date with all the events that are taking place.   Please email us at admin@minchinhampton.life if you see any errors or omissions.

A Minchinhampton Fayre Committee has been set up, under the umbrella of Minchinhampton Life.  The Country Fayre hasn’t been held for four years, it is normally biannual and raises money for local charities such as Horsfall, Longfield, the Market House and others.  We do need to raise funds in order to organise the Fayre and are applying for sponsorship for this.  There is only one fund-raising event planned so far – please support it.   It is an Irish band Mo Mac’n Me performing at the Market House on Saturday, 16th March.  Tickets are £16 from the Market Stores.   The Fayre will be on Saturday, 14th September, 2019 so keep the date free!
