DESCRIPTION:Minchinhampton Probus meets fortnightly on the second and fourth Thursday in the Porch Room\, Holy Trinity\, Minchinhampton.  Starts at 10am – with coffee and a catch up with other members.  The meeting comprises a brief business meeting for about 15 minutes then usually a guest speaker. Meeting finishes at noon. \nWe are a very friendly bunch of men from all sorts of backgrounds. DESCRIPTION:Clare Goodrick will lead the walk  \n  \nSunday 28th‘s walk is at Ozleworth which can be approached across Selsley Common\, or by driving up through Horsley\, or from Nailsworth.  Whichever way you approach it\, you need to be driving south west to where the Tetbury-Dursley Road A 4135 meets the B4058. At this junction\, turn sharp left for Ozleworth and Newark Park.\n\nAs you approach the defunct tower\, take the left fork.  Ignore the right turn towards Newark and take the left fork going downhill into a wood. You will come to a parking area on the left before the houses. By parking neatly\, and blocking one another in if necessary\, it should be possible for everyone to park. If not\, there are a couple more places further down on the right-hand side of the road\, opposite the houses.  Let’s meet at the parking area at 10.30.\n\nMost of the walk is on hard paths so\, hopefully\, not too muddy.  There will probably be livestock in some of the fields so dogs may need to be on leads for some of the time.\n\nLunch is booked for 1300 at Hunters Hall which is on the A4145 opposite the turning for Kingscote.  There is no need for advance orders but they would like an idea of numbers.  Please phone\, email\, or text me if you would like lunch.  Mob: 07587 521641\,\ne-mail: goodrick.clarke@gmail.com\nWe are an informal group of friends who enjoy walking\, wildlife\, good company and the occasional trip the pub.
