DESCRIPTION:This is a link to the OS map of a 3 mile circular flat walk starting at Saul Marina following the Sharpness Canal and then picking up the Severn way to Framilode before returning to Saul. It is mostly on footpaths. \n \nIhttps://explore.osmaps.com/route/28377497/saul-marina-to-framilode\n \nMeet at the marina at 10:30 or if anyone needs a lift\, let Sarah know and she will pick people up at Bell Lane at 10am. \n \nThe walk will take about two hours. Dogs welcome.\nWe are an informal group of friends who enjoy walking\, wildlife\, good company and the occasional trip the pub. You are very welcome to join us – but entirely at your own risk!! \nAll walks use public footpaths which may be steep\, rough and slippery. Prepare accordingly.  \nWe generally walk on the last Sunday of each month\, starting at 10.30 and finishing by lunchtime\, unless otherwise specified in the programme. \nIf the weather is very poor\, we will cancel by email by 9.00am on the morning the walk was planned.  \nPlease contact karencolebourn@gmail.com to be added to the circulation list.

Even if you’re not walking\, you’re very welcome to join us and enjoy the fun. \nChoose between a 5k or 10k route – whatever suits you best. All walkers will set off from Longfield’s base in Minchinhampton between 3.00pm and 7.00pm. \nAdult Tickets £7.50 \nChild Tickets £5.00 \nDate – 6th September 2025 \nTime – Walkers to start from the hospice grounds between 3pm and 7pm \nAddress – Longfield Community Hospice\, Burleigh Lane\, Minchinhampton\, Gloucestershire\, GL5 2PQ \nTransport – There is parking available at the hospice \nRoute – Choose between a 5k or 10k route – whatever suits you best. DESCRIPTION:Minchinhampton Probus meets fortnightly on the second and fourth Thursday in the Porch Room\, Holy Trinity\, Minchinhampton.  Starts at 10am – with coffee and a catch up with other members.  The meeting comprises a brief business meeting for about 15 minutes then usually a guest speaker. Meeting finishes at noon. \nWe are a very friendly bunch of men from all sorts of backgrounds.
