DESCRIPTION:Corsham & optionally Corsham Court   Coach £22. \nYes\, OK\, we admit it. We were glued to the TV version of Jilly Cooper’s Rivals (and\, yes\,including the infamous naked tennis game. We’re definitely looking into clothes-free sports for future outings). But we ALSO noticed that it was partly filmed in the most beautiful high street… which turned out to be Corsham. So we did a look see\, and absolutely fell for this gorgeous little town. \nIndependent shops\, cafes\, pubs\, walks\, and lovely architecture — even resident peacocks that wander the streets at will! We haven’t included a trip to Corsham Court\, but it’s an easy walk (open from 2pm\, entry £12.50 per person)\, well worth a visit\,  if you fancy it.   It’s a 16th century country house\, in parkland designed by Capability Brown\,boasting a superb art collection.
