DESCRIPTION:This is the first event in our brand new series; Farm Table Talks. \nThis is where we showcase one of the incredible local producers and suppliers that we partner with to bring you delicious\, pay-as-you-can meals made with love and care. \nWe are joining Eric Walters of Good Small Farms and Alex Clark of The Long Table Stroud at the farm table\, as they discuss pricing\, environmental responsibility\, nutrition\, and much more! \nWe all know that sustainably farmed and locally sourced produce is more expensive than industrially farmed and processed food. How are food prices set? Is organically farmed produce a better nutritional deal?  What are the factors that combine to put good food out of reach of so many people\, and are there ways we could change that? \nWith an opportunity for a Q&A as well as a delicious meal featuring seasonal produce from Good Small Farms\, this is an evening not to be missed. \n🕕 Timings: \n\n\n6pm: Welcome \n\n\n7pm-8pm: A delicious dinner lovingly prepared by our chefs\, featuring produce from Good Small Farms. \n\n\n8.15-9.15pm: Talk and Q&A with Eric Walters and Alex Clark in the Sanctuary. \n\n\n9.15pm onwards: The Long Table bar will remain open for drinks. \n\n\nThis is a ticketed event with limited availability. \nBookings online: https://thelongtablestroud.com/events
